I made these dangle earrings with durable, yet light-weight teardrop-shaped wooden bases and covered each piece front and back with high quality scrapbook paper a striped and dotted fall color pattern (rust, tan, turquoise in an ombre effect). *Because of the cut and design of the paper, no two pairs are exactly the same. This makes each pair unique and one of a kind. I hand-paint the earring edges in your choice of a gold/silver metallic paint. They hang on your choice of gold colored stainless steel/ silver stainless steel/ sterling silver, unless you choose the gold-filled option for an additional fee. For protection, water resistance, and a glossy finish; I sealed them entirely with resin. These earrings are lightweight and one of a kind. * For size comparison, earrings are shown next to a quarter.
